Tuha Fashion

We are located over near Turkman Gate in Old Delhi. The address is 2192, Gali Nalwali in the Pahari Bhojla area. It is one of those old neighborhoods where the streets are really thin and full of history. We do a lot of fashion work here. It is a small operation, mostly working out of a couple of rooms. The walls are thick and it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. We spend our time working on different designs and sewing. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes we sit on the floor to lay out the fabric because the tables are too small for the big pieces. There is always the sound of people talking outside and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. It is not a modern factory by any means. It’s more of a traditional workshop. We have a few machines that we keep running as much as we can. Finding the place can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to the gali system here. We just go about our business day by day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just trying to make things that look good and fit well. It's a busy life but we enjoy being part of this old part of the city. We keep things simple and focus on the sewing. There's usually a stray cat hanging around the door. It feels like home to us here.
