Tufan Import Export Private Limited

You can find Tufan Import Export Private Limited tucked away on the second floor back of a building in Mahavir Enclave 1. It’s on Gali No 5, which is a bit narrow, so parking is always a challenge if you aren't on a scooter. The office is at D1A/62 and it’s basically where we manage all the import and export paperwork. It isn't a huge space, just enough for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs and logistics people. The street outside is usually full of life, with kids playing or people heading to the market. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to make sure the containers are moving like they’re supposed to. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the manifests when things get delayed at the port. It’s a simple operation, really. No fancy lobby or receptionists here. We just answer the door ourselves. It can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have a small fan that helps keep the air moving. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a bit and know the neighborhood well. Every day is different, depending on what's coming in or going out. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking numbers, which is what we do best back here in the office.
