We are located at B-139 on the ground floor of a Dda Shed in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on, whether it's a truck backing up or someone working on a machine nearby. Truworth Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this shed for quite a while. The space is practical and focused on getting the work done rather than looking pretty. We have a lot of shelves stacked high with different items and sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to find a ladder when we need one. The floor is concrete and shows the wear and tear of years of moving heavy boxes around. Most of us arrive early to beat the worst of the Okhla traffic, which can be a real headache if you get caught in it. We spend our days sorting through shipments, checking invoices, and making sure the orders are ready for the morning pickup. It’s a lot of physical work and the air can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually leave the big shutter open to get a breeze. We don't have any fancy signs or a reception desk; you just walk in and find one of us working. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive. We’ve learned to deal with the power cuts and the noise as just part of the everyday grind here.
