Trust Express Services Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of Nehru Bazar at 16, in the Pahar Ganj area of North Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Pahar Ganj, you know how crowded and lively it is. Our office is surrounded by shops, hotels, and a lot of tourists. It’s a very high-energy place to work. We’ve been here for many years, and the bazaar is like our second home. We handle express services, which means things are always moving fast. Packages come in and go out all day long. The office is small and usually filled with boxes and paper. We don't have time for much else besides getting the shipments sorted. Sometimes the noise from the street can be a lot, but we are used to it by now. People walk in with all sorts of items they need to send somewhere. We don't have a corporate manual on how to talk to people; we just treat everyone honestly and get to the point. It’s a tough, busy environment, but it keeps us on our toes. We know the shortcuts around the narrow lanes which helps when we are in a hurry. Being in the heart of Delhi-55 means we are always at the center of the action. We just keep our heads down and focus on the deliveries. There is always a pile of work to do, but we enjoy the pace of the bazaar.
