We are Triveni Medical Systems Pvt Ltd and we work out of the L S C Complex in Sarai Rohella. Specifically, we are on the second floor of B-6 in Vivekanand Puri. It is a pretty well-known spot because the police station is right nearby. Working with medical systems means we have to be careful and pay attention to what we are doing. Our space on the second floor is where we keep the equipment and handle the paperwork. It’s not a huge place, but it works for us. We have been in this part of Sarai Rohella for quite some time now. Some days are quieter than others, depending on how many systems need looking at or how many deliveries are going out. We mostly deal with the technical side of things, making sure everything is calibrated right. It can be a bit of a climb up the stairs when we are carrying smaller parts, but you get used to it. The area around the police station is always active, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't really the type to have a fancy showroom. It is more of a practical workspace where we focus on the machines. We know a lot of the other people in the complex. It’s a good community here. We just show up, do the work on the medical units, and try to make sure everything is handled properly before the day is done.
