Our office is located at A-13 in the Allahabad Bank Apartments at Ur Kunj. It is a bit of an unusual setting because it’s part of a residential complex, which makes the workday feel a little more grounded. We aren't in a skyscraper or a fancy business park. Instead, we work out of this apartment space where the rooms have been turned into offices. You can often hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or people talking in the corridors—while we are trying to manage the industrial side of the business. It’s a bit cramped with all the filing cabinets and the desks we’ve managed to fit in, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different things under the group name, so there’s always a variety of paperwork on the tables. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes we go down to the local market for a quick lunch. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have a dress code or anyone breathing down our necks about corporate missions. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day, whether that’s making phone calls or sorting through invoices. It’s a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we just get on with it without any unnecessary fuss.
