Transport Corporation Of India is located over at Flat No. 405 in Pocket-16, Sector-3 of Dwarka. It is right here in New Delhi. We have been doing this for quite some time now and our office is not much to look at. It is just a regular flat where we handle the logistics side of things. It can get pretty busy with all the phones ringing and people coming in and out. Transport is a tough business and we deal with it every single day. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate slogans on the walls. Mostly it is just maps and calendars and piles of paperwork that need to be sorted. Dwarka is a big area and finding the right pocket can be a bit of a hassle for some visitors. We spend a lot of our time talking to drivers and making sure things are moving like they should. It is not always perfect and sometimes there are delays because of the traffic or the weather here in Delhi. We just try to stay on top of the schedule. Our team is small and we have been working together for years. We eat our lunch together and talk about the day. It is a simple way of working. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just show up and do the job that needs doing. That is how we have always done it.
