Transport Corporation Of India Ltd

We are based out in Bajina, which is part of the Tosham area in Bhiwani. Our office is a simple one, located right where the action happens near the main road. Even though we are part of a bigger name like Transport Corporation of India, this branch feels very local and grounded. We spend our days coordinating trucks and making sure the drivers have their routes sorted out properly. The landscape around here is quite open, and we see a lot of different people coming through the gates. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets in the room. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. Most of our work involves talking to people and making sure the loads are secure before they leave. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes it gets quite dusty in the yard when the wind picks up. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a while and people know we work hard. If a truck breaks down, we are the ones out there trying to figure out a fix. We drink a lot of tea and wait for the arrivals to come in. It’s a steady kind of life, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than what it is.
