Transport Corporation Of India Ltd

We have been operating out of New Delhi for quite some time now. Our office is tucked away in R.K. Puram, specifically at Nivedita Kunj. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run the Transport Corporation of India Ltd from here. Kuldeep Singh’s house, K-22, is where you will find us. It’s a bit different than a downtown office building, but it works for what we need. We handle logistics and transport, which basically means we manage how goods move across the country. It’s a lot of tracking and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. Some days are slow, but most are pretty hectic. We have a lot of papers stacked up on the desks. We try to stay on top of the deliveries. Since we are in RK Puram, it’s fairly central for us. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the work. The neighbors know us. We don't have any big signs or advertisements everywhere. It’s just a place where the business happens. We deal with all sorts of items being shipped. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays or truck breakdowns, but that’s part of the job. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure the schedules are met. We use some old computers and a lot of logbooks to keep track of everything. It works for us.
