You can find us at 10 Rambagh, which is right on Old Rohtak Road near the Azad Market in Delhi. This part of the city is always crowded with people and all kinds of vehicles, so it gets pretty noisy during the day. Our office is part of the Transport Corp of India Ltd setup here. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or writing down notes in the ledgers. The air around Azad Market is usually thick with dust and the smell of the street food from the vendors nearby. We have a few old fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving inside the rooms. Some of the drivers have been coming to this branch for decades, so we know their names and how they like their tea. There isn't any fancy glass or steel furniture here, just wooden desks and lots of paper stacks that seem to grow every week. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, it can look a bit chaotic with all the people coming in and out. The location is good because it’s central, even if the traffic makes it a headache to reach sometimes. We mostly just focus on getting the trucks loaded and getting the paperwork signed so everyone can go home on time. It is a very normal, local office where work happens.
