You can find us over at Ravindra Dhande Tci House, located in Khanna Nagar in Harwar. This branch of Transport Copration Of India Ltd is a bit of a local landmark for those of us who live and work in this neighborhood. The building is sturdy and does the job. We have been working out of this space for quite a while now. It is a bit crowded inside with all the files and desks, but we know where everything is. The staff here are mostly folks from the nearby streets, so there is a lot of familiar talk throughout the day. We don’t really do anything flashy. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but that doesn’t stop us from getting things done. We have a small desk near the entrance where someone is usually sitting to help whoever walks in. It is a noisy, busy place but we are used to the rhythm of it. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a work space with a few fans spinning and people focused on their tasks. We try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s just how we operate here in Harwar, sticking to what we know and making sure the work gets finished before we head home for the night.
