Tpj Estate Private Limited is based right in Yusuf Sarai in South Delhi. You can find us at Ajit Singh House, specifically in the B-6 section. Yusuf Sarai is one of those places that never really stays quiet, which is just part of the experience of working here. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside or the inside, to be honest. It’s just a practical space where we handle our real estate business. Some days we are incredibly busy and don't even get a chance to step out for tea, while other days are much slower. South Delhi is a fast-moving area and we do our best to stay on top of the local property market. We have been in this same building for a good while now. The address might look a bit complicated when you read it on a map, but once you are actually in the Yusuf Sarai area, it is not too hard to spot Ajit Singh House. We have a few desks and a couple of extra chairs for anyone who stops by to talk. We don't use any corporate talk or try to pretend we are bigger than we are. We are just local people who know about buildings and land. Sometimes the traffic noise from the main road is quite loud, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We just keep track of what is available and talk to people honestly.
