Total Nourish Diet Clinic is tucked away in Village Amberhai, specifically in Sector 19. We are located at Flat-H 1, KH No. 56/14, on the upper ground floor. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads of New Delhi, which we actually prefer. Working out of a flat gives the place a different feel than a sterile office building. We spend our time here talking about food and diets, trying to make sense of what people need to eat. It’s not a high-tech operation, just some tables, chairs, and our notes. The village area has its own charm, though the roads can get a bit narrow when you’re trying to park. We’ve been here for some time now, and the neighbors mostly know us. It’s an OPC, so it’s a small, tight-knit setup. We don't have a big staff or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up, open the door, and start our day. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, or the delivery guy gets lost trying to find the flat, but we manage. It’s a very local vibe, and we like that it feels like a real home for our work. People come in, we sit down, and we just talk through their nutrition. It’s straightforward and doesn’t need much more than that to function well.
