Toreto Retail Pvt Ltd is tucked away on Saraswati Marg in the W.E.A area of Karol Bagh. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded Karol Bagh gets. Our spot at 12a/38 is right in the middle of that noise. We deal with retail stuff, mostly gadgets and bits and pieces. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot into it. There’s always someone coming in looking for a cable or a pair of earphones. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and putting things on shelves. It’s a family-like atmosphere here. We bicker sometimes but we get along. Saraswati Marg has a lot of history and we’ve seen shops come and go. We try to keep our prices fair and our talk honest. We don't use big words or try to sell you things you don't need. If something is out of stock, we just tell you. No point in making promises we can't keep. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s a fast-paced life in Karol Bagh, and we’re just glad to have a place in it. We like the bustle of the market and the people who visit us every day. It keeps the day interesting even when we are just doing inventory or cleaning up the displays.
