Top Kom

Top Kom is located in the E-210 unit within the Flatted Factory Complex over in Okhla. It’s quite near the old Modi Mill, which is a big landmark everyone around here knows. Working in Okhla means there's always something going on outside, and the noise of the city is just part of the background. We have been here for a bit, tucked away in this complex. It’s a functional space. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Instead, most of the room is taken up by our equipment and the materials we use daily. The staff here are locals for the most part, and we all just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are slow, so we end up carrying things up and down, but we don't mind. It keeps us moving. We aren't the type to put out glossy brochures. We just talk to our customers plainly and tell them what can be done. It's a simple way of running a business, but it's what we know. If you find yourself near the Modi Mill area, you might see our spot. It’s busy, often a bit dusty, and there is always a sense of things being made or fixed. That's just the daily life at Top Kom. We don't try to be something we aren't.
