Tools & Spares ( India)

We are located at No. 3525, Darida Pan, on SB Road in Pahar Ganj. It’s right opposite the Sheila Cinema, so the area is always packed with people and traffic. At Tools & Spares ( India), we have shelves filled with all sorts of small parts and hardware. It can look like a mess to someone else, but we generally know where to find what we need. The building is quite old and the stairs are a bit narrow. Pahar Ganj is a chaotic place, but it has a lot of energy. We spend the day helping people find specific tools or spare parts they can't get elsewhere. Sometimes it takes a while to dig through the back room to find an old item. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just a small counter and a lot of stock. The noise from the street is constant, especially when a movie is letting out at the cinema. We keep a small fan behind the counter to stay cool, but it doesn't do much in July. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to customers about what they’re trying to fix. We just try to be helpful and get them the right piece. Our hands are usually a bit grimy from handling the metal parts all day. It’s just a regular shop in a very busy part of town, and we’ve been here for many years now.
