Toll India Logistics is based out of RK Puram in New Delhi, specifically at Sector 9, Q No-14. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it is a mix of government quarters and busy streets. Our office is right in the middle of that. We handle a lot of logistics work, which basically means we are always on the phone or checking tracking numbers on our screens. Delhi is a fast place, but inside our office, we try to keep things steady. The rooms are a bit small and we have a lot of files piled up on the shelves. It’s not a fancy place by any means, but it works for what we need. We drink way too much coffee because the mornings start early. Being in Sector 9 means we are close to a lot of things, but the traffic can be a real headache during peak hours. Most of us have been working here together for a long time, so we know how to deal with the various issues that pop up in transportation. We don't go around telling people we are the best; we just do the jobs as they come in. There is always a lot of noise from the street outside, but you get used to it after a week. We focus on the daily tasks and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle of the city.
