We operate out of Shakarpur in New Delhi, right at U-1. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets around here. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle logistics work day in and day out. There is always noise from the street and people coming in with boxes. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s mostly just us answering phones and making sure the trucks are on schedule. The space is a bit tight but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of local stuff and some longer distance things too. New Delhi can be a tough place for logistics because of the traffic jams and the narrow lanes in places like Shakarpur. We’ve had to learn the shortcuts and the best times to move things. Our staff usually has tea together in the afternoon while looking over the delivery sheets. It's a lot of manual tracking and calling up drivers to see where they are stuck. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Just the name on the door and a lot of work to get through. It’s basic, honest work. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take it one day at a time. Every shipment is different and brings its own set of little problems to solve, but we just keep pushing through the daily grind.
