G. K. Auto Electrical

We’ve been here at Rz-44 in Ravi Nagar Extension for quite a while now. If you know the Khayala area or Tilak Nagar, you probably passed by our shop once or twice. It is not a fancy place, just a regular auto electrical shop where we get our hands dirty with wires and batteries. Most days are pretty busy with people bringing in cars that won’t start or bikes with lighting issues. We spend a lot of time looking under hoods and trying to figure out why a fuse keeps blowing or why the self-start isn't clicking. It gets hot in the summer here, but we keep the fans going and just get on with the work. My brother and I usually handle most of the stuff ourselves. We have shelves full of starters, alternators, and bundles of copper wire. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk and some stools for customers to sit on while they wait. People from around the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. We just try to fix things right so they stay fixed. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we close up late in the evening. There is always a car taking up space out front, and that is just how things go at G. K. Auto Electrical.
