Thm Exports

We are located at 10/60 in Vikram Vihar. Thm Exports isn't a big flashy company with a huge warehouse. It’s a more modest operation where we handle a lot of the day-to-day shipping tasks ourselves. Most mornings start with checking the new orders and seeing what needs to be packed. Vikram Vihar is a bit more settled than the industrial zones, so it’s a relatively nice place to spend the day. We have a lot of boxes stacked up, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of floor space. We do a lot of the packing by hand, making sure everything is tucked in tight so nothing breaks on the way to wherever it’s going. It’s a lot of paperwork, too. Dealing with export rules means we spend a fair amount of time at the computer or on the phone with customs agents. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. Usually, it’s just the delivery driver or someone from the neighborhood. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned that being consistent is more important than being big. It’s just a small team of us here, and we mostly just focus on getting the crates out on time. It's a quiet, practical kind of business that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
