We operate out of a house in Sangam Vihar, specifically House No. B - 290. It is right across from Batra Hospital, so that is how most people find us. Niti Aggarwal’s place is where we keep all the IT gear and gadgets we deal with. We work with the iBall brand, so there are always boxes of keyboards, speakers, and computer parts stacked up in the corners. Sangam Vihar is a very crowded neighborhood in New Delhi, and the lanes can be quite narrow. It makes getting shipments in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. The office isn't a shop front; it is more of a base of operations. We spend our time testing equipment and packing things up for customers. It gets pretty loud with the traffic from the main road and the people heading to the hospital. We are just a small crew trying to keep up with all the orders. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is here. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. Our focus is just on the electronics and making sure the inventory is right. It is a bit of a squeeze in the building, but we make it work every day. It’s just us doing our thing in South Delhi.
