You can find Texplus Fibres over at House Number 343, F9, in Masjid Moth. That’s in South Ex Part II, New Delhi. It’s a well-known area, but our specific spot is tucked away a bit. Being in the 49 zip code is convenient because everything is nearby. The office is really just a house that we’ve converted for our needs. It has a very lived-in feel to it. We deal with fibers, so there’s always something related to that lying around. It’s not a sterile office environment. There are stacks of folders and maybe some samples on the tables. South Ex is usually crowded, so getting here can take a minute. But once you’re inside, it’s just us working. We don’t have a human resources department or a big management team. It’s a flat structure where everyone just pitches in. We’ve been at this location for a while and we like the neighborhood. The Masjid Moth area has a lot of character. We don't use any fancy software to track our every move. We just use what works and keep our records straight. It’s a very practical way of doing things. No one wears a tie here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a small, honest business running out of a South Delhi house, and we are fine with that. We don't need much else to be productive.
