Tejesh Logistics Pvt.Ltd. is based in Dwarka, specifically at Mig Flat No:-229 on the ground floor. We are in Sector-14, Phase-Ii, which is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi. Being on the ground floor is really helpful because we don't have to deal with elevators when we are moving files around or meeting people. Delhi is a fast-paced city, and Dwarka has its own busy energy. Our office is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got that lived-in feel, with various desks squeezed into the rooms. We handle logistics, so our phones never really stop ringing. There is always a truck somewhere that’s delayed or a customer who needs an update right now. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just track shipments and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes our jobs much harder, but we've learned to work around it. The team here is small but we’ve been working together for a long time. We usually eat lunch together at our desks while talking about the day's problems. It’s a very grounded, practical environment. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or fancy furniture; we’re just here to get the logistics sorted out for our clients and keep things moving as best as we can.
