Tci Global , Chennai / Gurgaon

Our place is at J-65 in Vishni Garden, which is over by Subhas Nagar in New Delhi. Tci Global has this spot where we manage a lot of the logistics and shipping stuff for the region. It is a bit of a mix between a residential area and a business area, so things feel a bit more relaxed than the big industrial parks. We have a small team here and most of us have been working together for a long time. The office is filled with files and old folders because we still like having things on paper sometimes. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the Gurgaon office or checking on things in Chennai. Sometimes the connection is bad or someone is out for lunch when they should be at their desk. We don't put on any airs about being a huge global giant when we are just sitting here in Vishni Garden. It is a practical office where we drink too much tea and try to keep the logistics flowing. The street outside can get pretty cramped with parked scooters and delivery vans. We just try to stay out of the neighbors' way. It’s a standard job and we just do our part to make sure the cargo ends up where it is supposed to go without too much trouble. We just deal with the daily emails and the phone calls as they come in.
