Tata Croma

Our shop is tucked away in Mahavir Enclave, specifically at Rz D3-118A, right near Dwarka. If you know New Delhi, you know this area stays pretty crowded. Working at Tata Croma here means we see a lot of different people every single day. Some people come in just to look at the new phones, while others are in a hurry to fix a broken fridge or buy a toaster. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but inside we just try to keep things organized. We aren't big on fancy speeches. We just show people where the electronics are and tell them what we know about the different models. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we talk about local stuff while we wait for the next person to walk in. It’s a decent place to work, even if the air conditioning struggles a bit when the store is full on a Saturday afternoon. We keep the shelves stocked as best as we can. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the narrow lanes around Mahavir Enclave, but we manage. It’s just a regular retail life for us. We don't have a big corporate vibe in this branch. It feels more like a community spot where people come to figure out what gadget they need next. We've been here long enough that we recognize the regulars who stop by just to see what is new on the floor.
