T & S Logistics Pvt. Ltd is based at House Number 13 in Sector 18, Faridabad. It is a simple house on a regular street. We’ve been here for some time now, and it suits our needs just fine. We don't need a massive office with expensive furniture to get our work done. Instead, we have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and files. Sector 18 is a decent area with a mix of homes and small businesses, so we fit right in. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We show up, have some tea, and then start looking at the logistics schedules for the day. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in where we are needed. If the phone rings, someone picks it up. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we all talk about how to fix it. It is a very practical, hands-on way of doing things. We don't spend time on fancy slogans or marketing plans. Our focus is just on the actual work that sits in front of us. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can get our thinking done, but close enough to the main parts of Faridabad that we aren't isolated. It feels like a small family business, even if we are a private limited company. We just do our best to stay organized and keep the business running smoothly day after day, year after year.
