Syntech Agro India Private Limited

We are located at H.No. 98, Gn. 3 in R.K. Puram. Syntech Agro India Private Limited is the name of our company, though most of us just call it the office. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into a place to work. There’s a small desk near the window where the light is best. We spend our time looking over agricultural data and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s not a very quiet neighborhood because of the traffic nearby. We have a few computers and a printer that makes a lot of noise. Sometimes we have lunch together on the back porch. We started this because we knew the industry well and wanted to do something on our own. It’s not a big corporate setup with meetings every hour. We just talk to each other across the room when something comes up. There are files stacked on the floor because we ran out of shelf space months ago. We don’t really care about having a polished look. The work is what matters to us. R.K. Puram is a decent place to be based. Most days we are here early to beat the heat. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, just knock on the door. One of us will let you in. It’s a very simple operation. We focus on the daily tasks and try to stay organized. That’s about all there is to it.
