Swami Dayanand Hospital

Being located in Shahdra means we are right in the middle of a very crowded part of Delhi. This hospital has seen a lot of history over the years. Most of the people who come here have been living in this area for generations. They brought their kids here, and now those kids bring their own children. It is a very basic setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive art for the walls. We focus on the rooms and the beds. The hallways are long and sometimes a bit dim. There is a specific smell to the place, a mix of cleaning fluids and old stone. Our schedule is pretty much the same every day. We open up, the crowds start gathering, and we work until it is time to go home. The staff is mostly local folks who understand the pace of life in Shahdra.
