We are based in Janakpuri, specifically at A-3/62. It is more of a quiet, residential-feeling neighborhood compared to the big, noisy commercial centers, which is something we actually enjoy. Our setup is quite simple and functional. We have a space on the ground floor where most of our day-to-day operations happen. It is not a massive operation, but we stay busy with various industrial projects and orders. You can usually find some tools or product samples sitting on the workbenches. We do not have a dedicated person at a reception desk, so whoever happens to be closest to the door will usually get up to answer it when someone comes by. It is a very casual environment for us. Most of the staff wear regular clothes like jeans and shirts unless there is a specific reason to dress up. We have been in Janakpuri for a long time, and we know many of the people who live and work nearby. Sometimes we will stop and chat with the neighbor during a tea break. We handle almost everything ourselves, from answering the emails to packing up the final products for delivery. It is the kind of place where everyone is expected to help out with whatever needs doing. Our walls are a bit plain and could use some paint, but we are more focused on the work itself. We don't think much about appearances, just whether the job is done correctly before we head home.
