Suryansh Industries

Suryansh Industries is tucked away in Gali Number 10 over in the Tali Balan Basti area of Anand Parbat. This part of the city is always full of the sound of machines and people working, and we are just one part of that noise. Our workshop at W-72/90b isn't very large but it fits all the machinery we need to get through our daily production. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the machines are running right and that the metal parts are coming out okay. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the industrial activity in the neighborhood. We started out with just a couple of machines and slowly added a few more as the years went by. The guys working here have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how everything functions. We don't spend much time in an office because the real work happens out back. Anand Parbat is a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to the narrow streets and the constant movement of trucks. We usually have our tea break together in the mid-afternoon when the sun is at its hottest. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we take it one day at a time. The floor is often covered in scraps but we clean up before heading home at night. You can find us easily if you follow the main road into the basti and look for our number.
