Surya Roshni Ltd.

We are based in Padma Tower 1 at Rajendra Place. It’s a very well-known building, mostly because it’s right near the metro station, which makes the commute a lot easier for everyone. Surya Roshni Ltd. has been in this office for quite some time. Rajendra Place is a real hub of activity; there are always people rushing around and food stalls busy at lunch. Our office inside the tower is pretty standard. We’ve got our desks and our files, and we spend our time managing the business from here. It’s not about being flashy. We just need a central place where our staff can get together and work. Being near the metro is a huge plus because we get a lot of visitors who just hop off the train and walk over. We deal with a lot of lighting and pipes, but here it’s mostly the administrative and sales side of things. It’s a professional but friendly environment. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what we have and how we can help. The building itself has a lot of history, and we feel like a part of the local business community here. It’s a solid, reliable place to be every day, and we plan on staying for a while. We appreciate the routine and the familiar faces we see around the building and the metro station.
