We are located at Katra Neel in Chandni Chowk, which is a place that’s always packed with people and history. Our address is 537/5-10 on the first floor. Being near the Devi Mandir makes it easy to explain to people where we are, because everyone knows the temple. Suresh Chand & Company has been around for quite a long time. This building is old, like most things in this part of Delhi, and the hallways are narrow. We have our space on the first floor where we handle our business. It’s usually a bit of a squeeze with all the stock we keep. Chandni Chowk is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where the heart of the trade is. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a traditional setup where we sit and talk to our clients over tea. We’ve known some of our customers for decades. It’s not about having a polished look; it’s about having the right items and being honest about what we have. Most days are loud and hectic with the sounds of the street coming through the windows. We just get on with our work and handle the orders as they come in. If you’re visiting the temple, we’re just a short walk away. It’s a busy, cramped, but good place to be. We just do things the old fashioned way because it works.
