Suraj Impex (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located at C-10 in the Pandav Nagar Complex. We’re over in East Delhi, 110 092. The complex is a busy place with a lot of different businesses. Our office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some computers, and shelves full of folders. We deal with importing and exporting, so there’s always a lot of customs talk and talk about shipping rates. It can get a bit confusing with all the rules, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't have a corporate vibe here. We’re more likely to be seen drinking chai and discussing the latest shipment than giving a presentation. It’s a practical way of working. We’ve been in Pandav Nagar for years. We know the other business owners nearby. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s an honest living. We just try to get the goods through the process without too many headaches. Some days are frustrating when there’s a delay at the port, but we just wait it out. It’s just how the industry is. We’re just regular people working in a regular office in Delhi. We don't need any fancy mission statements to do our jobs well. We just show up and handle the export files.
