Our office is on the ground floor of Padma Tower Iirejendra Place at number 3. It is a really busy hub, and the tower is one of those buildings where there is always something going on. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevators, and it is easier for people to just drop in when they are in the area. At Supershine Laundry Systems Pvt. Ltd., we deal with a lot of heavy equipment, so the space is often filled with parts or machines waiting to be looked at or sent out. It is not the quietest office in the world, especially with all the noise coming in from the street. We spend our days talking to people about their laundry setups and trying to figure out which parts they need for their specific machines. There are stacks of manuals and catalogs all over the desks. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't have a big reception area with fancy chairs; it is more of a working space where the real business happens every day. Sometimes we grab a tea from the vendor outside and talk shop with the other people working in the tower. It is a fast-paced environment, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just keep things simple and try to help anyone who walks through the door at number 3.
