Superhind Global Private Limited is tucked away in the basement at L-30 in Kalkaji. You have to walk down some steep stairs to get to us. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have all the staff in, but we make it work. The basement stays relatively cool, which is a blessing in the Delhi heat. We have some shelves filled with files and a few computers that are always running. Kalkaji is a very crowded neighborhood, so there is always noise from the market and the cars upstairs. We don't have much in the way of decoration. There might be a calendar on the wall and a few pens rolling around on the desks. We do global business work, which keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. We are just a small team in a basement trying to do our best. We have a small kettle for making coffee and we usually share some biscuits in the afternoon. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We know the local shopkeepers and the guy who delivers the water. We don't have a big mission statement to show off. We just show up every day and get through the tasks we have. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here.
