Super Shine Tools

Finding Street No. 2 in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the New Delhi traffic. Our place, Super Shine Tools, is located at 31/3, right in the middle of all that noise and activity. It’s a tight space, like most buildings around here, but we make it work. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some air in. The street outside is always filled with rickshaws and delivery vans, so things can get pretty loud during the day. We’ve got shelves stacked high with different tools, and honestly, sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for. It’s a family-run kind of setup where we know the regulars by their first names. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where work happens. Most of the time, we’re busy answering the phone or helping someone figure out which part fits their machine. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with orders to worry about that. Living and working in Delhi means you get used to the fast pace. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody leaves without what they came for. It’s a simple life here in Anand Parbat, just focused on the tools and the daily grind.
