Our office is right in the middle of Nehru Place, which is an incredibly busy hub for all sorts of businesses. We are on the first floor of Sheetla House, occupying numbers 73-74. If you have ever been to Nehru Place, you know it is packed with people and small shops. It can be a little overwhelming if you are not used to the fast pace. We have been in this spot for quite a long time now. The office itself is very straightforward. We have some older wooden desks and computers that have been around for a while but still do the job. Since we are in the healthcare sector, we spend a lot of our time on the phone or going through piles of documents. There is always someone coming or going, whether it is a delivery person or a business associate. It is not a particularly quiet office, but that is how we like it because it feels productive. We do not have a fancy coffee machine or anything like that, just a simple kettle and some tea bags in the corner for whenever someone needs a break. Most of us have worked here for years, so we have become a tight-knit group. We know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their tea. We do not bother with big marketing speeches or promotional talk. We just focus on the products we handle and the paperwork.
