We are based out of Satya Farm on Mandi Road. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually quite nice for what we do. At Ferns 'N' Petals India Pvt. Ltd., our days usually start very early. The flowers come in when it's still dark out, and we have to get them sorted before the sun gets too high. It can be a bit chaotic in the mornings with the vans pulling in and out. The farm has plenty of space, so we can keep things organized, but there's always something that needs fixing or moving. Mandi Road is a busy stretch, but once you get inside the gates, it’s a lot quieter. We have a lot of people working here, from the ones who handle the plants to the drivers who know every shortcut in the area. It’s not just about the flowers; there’s a lot of packing and paperwork that happens in the small office building on the site. We don’t really do fancy presentations for ourselves. We just focus on keeping the stems fresh and making sure the deliveries leave on time. Some days the humidity is a real pain, but that’s just part of working with nature. It’s a lot of manual work, and our boots usually have some mud on them by the end of the shift. We’ve got a good group here who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty to get things ready for the day ahead.
