Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators when moving equipment. The space is a bit tight with all the medical gear we keep on hand. It’s a residential-looking street, so it’s usually quieter than the main markets. We have a small front door and a back area for the bigger stuff. We’ve been here in Malviya Nagar for a long time and the neighbors know us. The light inside isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We spend our days answering calls and sending technicians out to sites. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the front desk. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for working. It’s a local business through and through. We buy our lunch from the local shops around the corner. If you walk past, you might see us loading a van. We just focus on getting the equipment where it needs to go. It’s a simple life here. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the gate. It’s not perfect, but it’s our place and we keep it running every single day.
