Our office is at 52, Sant Nagar, which is just on the edge of East of Kailash. It’s a crowded area with narrow streets and people always moving about. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. The building is a bit older, and we share the space with a lot of boxes and different types of industrial belts. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory to see what we have left from the previous day. It can get a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we eventually sort it all out. There are four of us working here most days. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations in the office. It’s just some desks, chairs, and a small area for making tea. Most of our work is answering the phone and writing down orders for various local businesses. Sometimes the rain causes issues with the deliveries because the road outside gets quite messy. We don't really do any marketing or anything like that. People just know we are here in Sant Nagar. We take a lunch break together around 2 o'clock at the local food stall. It’s a simple way to run things, and we don’t try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The fans keep things cool enough during the summer months while we process the paperwork.
