You can find Sublime Infra & Facility Services Private Limited over at 49 G/F, Plot No. 5 on Parwana Road. We are in the Brijpuri area, right near Makki Masjid. It’s a solid location in East Delhi. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop in. We’ve been working in facility services and infrastructure for a while. Usually, the day starts with us making sure all our site supervisors have what they need. We deal with a lot of different buildings and each one has its own set of headaches. Whether it’s fixing a broken gate or sorting out a mess in the basement, we just get on with it. Parking on Parwana Road is always a gamble, so most of us just take the bus or walk if we can. We aren't much for fancy titles or corporate speak. We’re just a group of people who know how to manage property and keep things running smoothly. The office has a few desks and a small area where we sit and talk about the day’s work. There is always a lot of coming and going, so it’s rarely quiet. We like the hustle though. It makes the day go by faster. We don’t spend much on advertising because most people find us through word of mouth. We just try to be reliable and handle the work as it comes in. That’s been our way for a long time now.
