If you go down to Govindpuri in Kalkaji, you’ll find us at D-317/B/4. It’s a busy area of New Delhi, and the lanes are always full of people and scooters. Stracon Back Office Solutions Ltd is based here, and we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see. Manojkumar and the rest of the team are usually buried in paperwork or staring at computer screens for most of the shift. It’s a back office, so it’s not meant to be a showy place. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of files. The building belongs to Lekh Raj Bhogal, and it’s got that old Kalkaji feel to it where everything is built close together. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just process the data, manage the accounts, and make sure the solutions we are working on actually get finished. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a deadline coming up. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the neighborhood or the commute. Govindpuri is a place where everyone is working hard, and we are no different. It gets dusty and noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the tasks. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy, just a group of people getting through the work week in a crowded part of Delhi. We just try to keep things organized and handle the daily load.
