You will find us at 404, Fancy Apts, which is over in Vasundara Enclave in New Delhi. It is an apartment building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. Stmicroelectronics Pvt Ltd has been based here for a bit, and it’s quite a cozy setup. You have to go through the main gate and the security guards usually recognize us by now. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which is nice because we don't have to deal with the heavy noise of the main city roads. The flat we use is a bit cramped with all the equipment and boxes we have lying around. Sometimes we have to move a stack of papers just to find a place to sit. It’s a very informal environment. We might be sitting in the living room area working on our laptops or taking calls from the balcony. New Delhi weather can be tough, but the AC in the apartment works well enough to keep us going. We usually order food from the local shops nearby or bring tiffins from home. It is a very simple way of working. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable. It’s a small group of us and we just try to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. It’s just an apartment where we do our tech work and handle the day-to-day tasks.
