Starlac Industries

Sadar Thana Road is always a bit of a mess, especially being right here in the Timber Market. Starlac Industries has been operating out of number 3548 for a long time. You can’t really escape the smell of wood and the sound of trucks unloading nearby. It’s a loud place, and dust gets everywhere no matter how much you clean. We spend our days mostly focused on the production side of things. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving boxes around. There isn’t much space for a fancy lounge or anything like that. We just have our desks and the workshop area where the real work happens. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the street when things get slow, but usually, it's pretty steady. The building is old, and you can see the wear on the doorframes and the floors. We don’t really worry about the looks of the place as long as we can get our work done without too many issues. Dealing with the traffic on Sadar Thana Road is probably the hardest part of the day. By the time evening rolls around, everyone is ready to head home. It's a gritty kind of work, but it keeps us busy. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everything is sorted before we close up for the night. That's our life here.
