You can find us over in South Ex-I at Shop No.1899 B. We are located on the first floor, right opposite B-50. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you get here. South Ex is always a bit chaotic with traffic and people moving around, but our floor is usually a bit quieter. We handle various catalyst-related needs, and the shop is set up to manage that. It’s not a very big room, just enough for our desk and some storage cabinets where we keep our records and materials. The window looks out toward the street, so we get to see the daily hustle of South Ex-I. We’ve been operating from this address for some time now. It’s a simple setup with no fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the work. Sometimes customers call us because they can't find the entrance, so we have to explain how to get to the first floor. It's a very hands-on job. We spend our day answering queries and checking our stock. The stairs can be a bit steep, but it's part of the charm of these older buildings in this part of Delhi. We don't really do much in the way of marketing; people usually come to us because they know the address or were told to come here by someone else they trust.
