St Stephen S Hospital

You can find St Stephen S Hospital up on the second floor of the B4/6 building in Mianwali Nagar. We are right along Rohtak Road in Paschim Vihar, so the traffic noise from Delhi 87 is pretty much always there in the background. It’s not one of those massive medical complexes you see on TV, but more of a local spot where people from the area come when they aren’t feeling well. We have our desks and medical equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. The floors get mopped constantly because of all the feet coming in and out from the street. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to need something at once. Our staff wears regular scrubs and we spend most of the shift checking charts or talking to folks who walk through the door. It gets busy, and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner of the desk, but we just handle one person at a time. Being on the second floor means people have to take the stairs or the lift, and we are used to guiding people the right way. It’s just a practical place for medical stuff. No one is here for the decor; they just want to see a doctor and get back home. We try to keep things organized as best as we can without making it too complicated for anyone.
