If you have ever been to the Ajmeri Gate area, you know how loud and crowded it can get with all the shops and people moving around. We are located right in the middle of it at number 234 on the second floor. Our building is one of those older structures that has been around for a long time. Climbing the stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a task, especially when we are carrying heavy boxes of tools. We have been in the tool business for many years now. The office and storage area are pretty packed because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the walk-in customers. It is mostly hand tools and various industrial items stacked on metal shelves. It is definitely not a polished showroom. There is usually a bit of dust and the smell of grease or metal in the air, which is normal for a place like ours. We have a few regular customers who have been buying from us since the business first started. We spend a lot of our time checking sizes and looking through catalogs to find the right parts for people. It is a steady kind of work. We usually open up early in the morning and stay until the street starts to quiet down in the evening. We do not have any corporate slogans; we just sell tools and try to keep the inventory organized.
