Spidey Delivers

We are based in Saket and we handle all sorts of deliveries around this part of the city. It’s not a big corporate operation with a call center. It’s just a few of us with our bikes. We started this because we knew how hard it is for people to get things across town in the traffic. We move documents, small packages, and sometimes food for people who are stuck at work. The office is just a small room where we keep our delivery bags and a couple of chargers for our phones. It’s a bit messy with helmets and jackets lying around. We spend most of our time out on the roads. Saket has some nice wide roads but the intersections are a mess. We know all the back ways through the blocks to avoid the main signals. We don't wear uniforms, just our regular clothes and maybe a cap if the sun is too bright. Some days are really long, especially when it rains and everyone wants something delivered at the same time. We don't have a fancy app or anything. Most people just call us or send a message. We tell them how long it will take and then we just go. It’s a simple business. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the stuff there without it getting damaged. It’s a lot of riding and a lot of tea breaks at the roadside stalls between jobs.
