We have been running things out of Kapashera for quite a while now. Our office is located at House No. 111, right in the middle of all the noise and activity. It is not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the newer parts of Delhi. It is just a practical space where we get our daily work done. Most of the time, we are busy handling logistics and making sure goods are moving from one place to another without too much trouble. It gets really hectic around here with all the trucks coming and going. The traffic in this part of town can be a real headache some days, but we have gotten used to it. We started Spice Logistics because we saw a real need for a straightforward service in this area. It is mostly just a few of us and some trusted staff members who have been here since the beginning. We do not really spend money on big advertisements or marketing people. Most of our customers find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We keep the doors open from early morning until the last job is finished. It is a simple operation. We do not have any big corporate meetings or polished presentations. We just show up, handle the paperwork, and make sure the cargo gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and it gets a bit messy, but that is just how a real business looks.
