Spencer & Blacksmith

We have been operating out of 29/21 in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area for quite a long time now. It is a busy spot, and the street outside is almost always crowded with trucks and people moving things around. Spencer & Blacksmith is not a large or fancy company. It is just a few of us who come in every morning to get the work done. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure everything in the shop is where it should be. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to that yet because there is always something else to do. People in this part of the city know us by word of mouth. We don't use much corporate talk here. If you come by, you'll see us in our work clothes, likely covered in a bit of dust. It is just the way an industrial area works. We have seen many shops around here change hands over the years, but we have managed to stay put at 29/21. We just focus on the practical side of things. There are no big meetings or long speeches about our goals. We just look at the list of tasks for the day and start at the top. It is a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work for us.
